Two haiku for load shedding.

Asalam Alaikum,

Today during our morning load shedding time I was a bit bored and decide to write some haiku.

~~~How long is eternity?~~~
One point five hours seems
Eternal, but only one?
An instant of time.
~~~First Breeze~~~
No electric, wait-
Light ah-gae, fan’s cool breeze comes.

LOL @ your haiku sis. Only someone who has lived with these types of privations can understand. :-)

I hope you are enjoying every bit of it...

@Umm Aaminah-I am sure that to some, these haiku would not make very much sense. You are absolutely right, it is something you have to go through yourself to really be able to understand. When we were in the US Tariq tried to explain about how it would be and I didn't truly understand until I lived it.

@Thinking- Yes, Pakistan has made deep roots into my heart, along with the negatives there are so many positives. If there was no load shedding how would I ever have experienced the refreshing wave of cool air that comes in the second after the lights come back on? Many things are very enjoyable here, and mostly they outweigh the negatives.
